The best way to use

4-6 drops in diffuser for nausea and to increase senses, for morning sickness, inhale directly from the bottle upon awakening; 1-3 drops per 10ml of carrier oil and massage into stomach to stop vomiting or to aid digestion, or lightly apply to bruising.
