Precautions

The best way to use

Use 'neat' on burns and wounds; add 4-8 drops in diffuser/bath; 1-2% dilution (1-2 drops per 5ml) in water mist; 1 drop per 120ml water to mist plants once every week or two (enhances health of plants). Too much lavender used on plants can also harm them so be careful to not exceed this amount.
