Then wrap a towel around your head, close your eyes and inhale deeply after placing your head near steaming water. It can also be sprayed in a room to freshen it up. To make a spray, add Ginger Essential Oil to water, and add a dispersing agent if one wishes to add. Then shake and spray in the room. Before applying it to the skin, it should be diluted first in Carrier oil like coconut oil, almond oil, or avocado oil.
